Move-out cleaning service includes:

Whole apartment:

  • Dusting of all surfaces

  • Wiping of interior doors, handles, and switches

  • Wiping of mirrors and glass surfaces (does not include windows)

  • Vacuuming of carpets, floor, baseboards, and lower tracks of sliding doors

  • Mopping/washing of the floor

  • Cleaning of ventilation vents, dusting of high areas

  • Wiping of cabinets and handles (including inside)

Kitchen:

  • Wiping of cabinets and handles (including inside)

  • Wiping of backsplash and appliances

  • Wiping of countertops and tables

  • Cleaning of sink, faucet, and microwave

  • Cleaning of the dishwasher

  • Cleaning of the trash cabinet

  • Cleaning of the refrigerator and defrosting of the freezer

  • Oven cleaning, cleaning of range hood grease filter

  • Degreasing of surfaces

Bathroom:

  • Wiping of mirrors and glass surfaces (does not include windows)

  • Cleaning of shower glass walls, sauna door, sink, and faucet

  • Cleaning of the toilet seat

  • Vacuuming and wiping of the sauna floor

  • Vacuuming and mopping/washing of the floor

  • Cleaning of floor drains

Move-out cleaning service

 

Information about the service:

  • Cleaning products, tools, billing and travel costs within a 10 km radius are included in the price.

  • We offer a comprehensive standard cleaning package that covers all essential moving needs, or we can tailor the move-out cleaning to meet your specific requirements.

    The cleaning package does not include window cleaning or cleaning of the storage and balcony, but these services can be added upon request.

  • The move-out cleaning service is eligible for a household tax deduction, and the customer can benefit from possible deductions for cleaning services in their taxes. 

  • The duration of the move-out cleaning varies depending on the size of the property, the extent of the cleaning, and the level of dirtiness.

  • We offer cleaning for people with allergies, pet owners, families with children, or customers sensitive to scents, using allergy-certified, fragrance-free products.

  • During the move-out cleaning, please ensure that the property is empty and all trash has been removed. Please note that furniture removal is not included in the service.

    If belongings are left in the property, the cleaning may take longer, and some areas containing personal items may not be accessible for cleaning.

  • We also ask that there is enough lighting for cleaning if there is not please let us know in advance so we can bring our own lighting.

Household deduction (kotitalousvähennys)

Our cleaning services are eligible for the household tax deduction for the labour portion. In 2026, the household tax deduction is 35% of the labour portion.

Hourly price after the 35% household deduction:

One-time cleaning:
48 €/h (vat 25,5%) → 31,20€/h

Regular cleaning products, equipment, invoicing and travel costs within a 10 km radius are included in the price.
