Move-out cleaning service

Information about the service:

• The services included in the regular cleaning are determined according to the agreed hourly rate, and additional services are charged separately at 52€/h.

• Cleaning products and tools are included in the price.

• The move-out cleaning service is eligible for a household tax deduction, and the customer can benefit from possible deductions for cleaning services in their taxes.

• We offer a comprehensive standard cleaning package that covers all essential moving needs, or we can tailor the move-out cleaning to meet your specific requirements.

• The cleaning package does not include window cleaning or cleaning of the storage and balcony, but these services can be added upon request.

• During the move-out cleaning, we kindly ask you to ensure that the property is empty and the trash has been removed. Any trash found will be charged separately per trash bag. Please note that the service does not include removing furniture; all furniture in the apartment will remain in place and will not be moved by the cleaning service.

• We also ask that there is enough lighting for cleaning. We can provide our own lighting (for an additional charge).

• The duration of the move-out cleaning varies depending on the size of the property and the extent of the cleaning. Generally, cleaning a one-bedroom apartment takes about 2-3 hours, cleaning a two-bedroom apartment takes about 3-4 hours, and cleaning a larger apartment or house may take 4-6 hours or more.
