Home cleaning service

Information about the service:

The service can be ordered as a recurring service or as a one-time service.
We offer regular cleaning services with a flower bouquet and free oven, sauna, or refrigerator cleaning throughout the year.
We also offer our services VAT-free as social welfare services if your or someone close to you’s ability to function has been reduced due to age, illness, or disability.
The services included in the cleaning can be arranged according to the client’s preferences.
Cleaning products, equipment, and billing are included in the price. If preferred, the customer may also choose to use their own cleaning products and equipment.
For hygienic reasons, it is recommended that the customer has their own vacuum cleaner available.
The home cleaning service is eligible for a household tax deduction, and the customer can use the potential deductions for cleaning services in their taxes.
An option is available for people with allergies, pet owners, families with children, or customers sensitive to scents, using allergy-certified, fragrance-free products.
We also offer deep cleaning for homes when needed. The service can be ordered as a one-time service or as part of regular cleaning.

The home cleaning is carried out according to the customer’s wishes and needs, either:

○Task-based: The customer’s requested cleaning tasks are carried out, and billing is based on the time spent.

○Time-based: The available time is agreed upon in advance, and the work is done as far as possible within the agreed time, in the customer’s desired order.

Typically, the home cleaning time starts with a 2-hour cleaning, depending on the size of the home. The first cleaning is always longer than subsequent cleanings.
The duration of the cleaning varies depending on the size of the home, the extent of the cleaning, and any special requests.

Household deduction (kotitalousvähennys)

Our cleaning services are eligible for the household tax deduction for the labour portion. In 2026, the household tax deduction is 35% of the labour portion.

Hourly price after the 35% household deduction:

Regular cleaning contract:
45€/h (vat 25,5%) → 29,25€/h

One-time cleaning:
48 €/h (vat 25,5%) → 31,20€/h

Regular cleaning products and equipment, as well as invoicing, are included in the price. For cleanings lasting over 2 hours, travel costs within a 10 km radius are included in the price.
