The services included in the regular cleaning are determined according to the agreed hourly rate, and additional services are charged separately at 52€/h.
Additional services, such as refilling hand paper and other supplies, are priced separately according to the requested service.
We offer regular floor cleaning treatments, where the cleaning agent removes embedded dirt and makes maintenance cleaning easier.

Cleaning equipment will be agreed upon with the customer.
Cleaning is carried out according to maintenance cleaning standards.
We design cleaning schedules based on your needs, with the desired frequency and timing.
If necessary, we provide paper towels and other supplies.
The duration of stair cleaning in apartment buildings depends on the building size, number of stairwells, area to be cleaned, and resident foot traffic. Higher usage may require more frequent cleaning.

Vacuuming and mopping or washing of corridors, staircases, and lobby areas
