Accomodation cleaning service

Cleaning services for all types of accommodation – including Airbnb apartments, cottages, holiday homes, serviced apartments, and other short-term rental properties

 

Information about the service:

  • Our accomodation cleaning service can be tailored to meet your exact needs.

  • The services included in the regular cleaning are determined according to the agreed hourly rate, and additional services are charged separately at 52€/h.

  • Additional services, such as key service, bedding rental, laundry service, and supply replenishment, are priced separately according to the requested service.

  • Cleaning products and tools are included in the price. The customer may also choose to have the cleaning done with their own cleaning tools, if desired.

  • For hygiene reasons, it is recommended that the customer has their own vacuum cleaner available.

  • Bed linen rental is available as an additional service.

  • Laundry service for washing bed linens and towels is available as an additional service.

  • Filling of supplies for the property is available as an additional service.

  • Key service is available as an additional service.

  • The duration of cleaning for short-term rentals or vacation homes varies depending on the size of the property, the extent of cleaning required, and any additional services.

Content of the accommodation cleaning service:

Whole apartment:
  • Dusting at reachable height
  • Wiping of interior doors, handles, and switches
  • Wiping of mirrors and glass surfaces (does not include windows)
  • Vacuuming/wiping of sofas and chairs
  • Vacuuming of carpets, floor, and baseboards
  • Mopping/washing of the floor
  • Wiping of cabinets (inside also by agreement)
  • Changing of bed linens
Kitchen:
  • Wiping of cabinets and handles (inside also by agreement)
  • Wiping of backsplash and appliances
  • Wiping of countertops and tables
  • Cleaning of sink, faucet, and microwave
  • Washing of used dishes
  • Taking out the trash and cleaning the trash cabinet if needed
  • Checking and cleaning of the refrigerator and oven if needed
Bathroom:
  • Wiping of mirrors and glass surfaces (does not include windows)
  • Cleaning of shower glass walls, sauna door, sink, and faucet
  • Cleaning of the toilet seat
  • Vacuuming and wiping of the sauna floor
  • Vacuuming and mopping/washing of the floor
Additional services:
  • Window cleaning
  • Deep cleaning
  • Sauna cleaning
  • Cleaning of ventilation vents
  • Cleaning of floor drains
  • Cleaning of bathroom walls, floor, and floor drain
  • Carpet removal, beating, and airing
  • Effective oven cleaning
